Today I was driving through a residential neighborhood. The street I was on is not real busy, but does act as a connecting street between two throughfares. This was one of the rare times that I was not speeding. Up ahead I saw one of those free standing speed limit radar thingys. You know, the ones that the police department puts out to make people aware that they are speeding. As I was approaching the thing I could see that I was going about 33mph (the speed limit is 30mph). I immediately floored it to see how quick I could make the numbers go up and also to check the accuracy of my speedometer. I couldn't help but think that this was not the intended purpose of this contraption.
Poker is going fine. I'm making small gains in my bankroll on both Noble and Pacific. Tomorrow is live poker night at Derby Lane and then I have a BIG weekend in store. More tomorrow....
